Here are some great things happening around the St. Louis region!

Primate Canopy Trails Opens at the St. Louis Zoo

On July 12th the St. Louis Zoo officially opened its new $13 million-dollar primate exhibit, the Michael and Quirsis Riney Primate Canopy Trails. Under construction since late 2019, the 35,000-square-foot outdoor expansion consists of eight habitats, tunnel connections, and more than 100 different living situations when combined with the Primate House. Admission is free but Zoo reservations are required. Click here to plan your visit and learn more about this first-of-its-kind habitat.

Hot Diggity (Vegan) Dog!

St. Louis area eateries have been singled out as having two of the best vegetarian hot dogs in the country. Steve’s Hot Dogs (3457 Magnolia Avenue) and Peace Love Coffee, Vegan Cafe and Market (524 South Main Street) were both awarded spots on PETA’s Top Ten Vegan Dogs list making Missouri the only state to have multiple winners. (Does that make us the veggie hot dog capital of the world?!) Click here to see all the winners!
