Thanksgiving Parade

Ameren’s 37th Annual Thanks for Giving parade will return in full format this year welcoming parade goers in person once again! This year’s parade will feature musical floats and displays, giant helium balloon figures, restored antique cars and firetrucks, marching bands from around the StLouis Region, and more! Click here to find out how to join in on the fun!

Hang up the apron and let the professionals do the heavy lifting this year! There are some great StLouis area restaurants offering their turkeys with all the fixin’s, with little-to-no effort from you! Click here to explore the mouth-watering options all over the city.

Native American Art at SLAM

Take time this season to learn more about indigenous people at StLouis Art Museum’s current exhibition of historical Native American artworks dating back to the late 18th century. Curated from independent institutions and private collectors the show brings together a survey of historical Woodlands art and is free to the public. On view through April 2022. Click here to plan your visit.

Active listings are lower than last year which means fewer homes around the StLouis region are available for sale. There is also a bit of slowing in median sale prices overall which could be great news for buyers and sellers alike as both seek to maximize the value of their transactions. This trend may be different in your neighborhood though and I’d love to take a look for you. Give me a call if you’re interested!
