Another Year of Loving St. Louis

We’re starting 2022 out strong with some excellent events, delicious treats, and can’t miss programs from across our favorite city!

Here are some great things happening around the St. Louis region!

Virtual MLK Celebration @ SLAM:

Celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with an on-demand virtual presentation inspired by photographs of Dr. King from the Museum’s collection. The images, taken by a Pulitzer-prize winning photographer, embody the concept of joy as an act of resistance and the program will incorporate reactions and interpretations via music, dance, and spoken word. The program is available on-demand today and can be viewed through the end of 2022. Click here to learn more!

Pick Your Own Path Through City Museum:

STL’s most beloved rebar wonderland is going virtual with a choose-your-own-adventure style event this week in partnership with website Atlas Obscura. On January 20th virtual guests will vote via poll on where the Museum’s creative Director will head next on his path through the tunnels, slides, and caves and promises each stop will have a hidden secret, behind-the-scenes look, or a curious fact. To learn more and RSVP for this event click here.

Active listings are lower than last year which means fewer homes around the StLouis region are available for sale. There is also a bit of slowing in median sale prices overall which could be great news for buyers and sellers alike as both seek to maximize the value of their transactions. This trend may be different in your neighborhood though and I’d love to take a look for you. Give me a call if you’re interested!
